Your Stay
No one looks forward to a hospital stay, but at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, we work hard to make sure your visit is as pleasant as possible. Here’s a few things you should know about your room and our hospital in general that can help make your time with us restful and healing.
Security:
We have a team of security professionals committed to providing a safe and secure hospital environment.
- Security officers patrol the hospital and its grounds 24 hours a day.
- They wear distinct uniforms and are radio-equipped for prompt dispatch.
- Please report incidents such as accidents, injuries, crimes in progress, suspicious activity or any other type of security concern by dialing “0” and asking for Security, or by asking an employee to contact Security.
- If it is dark, you may request an escort to your car. Ask an employee to contact a Security officer for you.
Smoking:
We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking and tobacco chewing are not permitted inside any of the buildings. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas. Please refrain from smoking near the entrances.
